As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.96 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe activities to help to deter potential security-related concerns within the location.

Complete required reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as directed by Allied Universal policies.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while performing security-related duties.

Follow all site-specific guidelines and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client regarding security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
