Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the wholesale distribution industry. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Process and manage product orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle outbound and inbound calls to offer solutions and identify customer needs.

Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and achieve sales goals.

Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend products and services to customers.

Maintain thorough knowledge of company systems and processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in paid training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Foster a detail-oriented and supportive work environment while adhering to business casual dress code. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to develop attention to detail.

Familiarity with order entry and consultative selling techniques.

Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
