Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Moraine, OH

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 1st Shift: M-F 7 am - 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch break

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Physically load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and safety.

Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe and productive environment.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate machinery and handle materials in a safe manner.

Willingness to adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Physical ability to perform loading/unloading tasks and stand for extended periods.

Steel-toed boots are required for safety compliance.
