As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Decatur, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including the perimeter and designated areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious activity, promptly reporting observations to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support ongoing operations.

Assist with enforcing client policies and procedures to help to deter disruptions within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
