As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, check credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $19.69 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors, following established procedures.

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at entry and exit points.

Provide customer service by addressing questions and/or concerns from employees and visitors in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site-specific protocols and emergency response procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to observe and report any security-related concerns or irregularities.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or activities according to company and client protocols.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support overall security-related objectives at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and First Aid are preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
