Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a New York State prescription monitoring program. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is seeking ability.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $18-$23/hour (based on experience and skills)

Responsibilities include:

Administrative support for prescription program operations

Data entry, database maintenance, and document formatting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Monitoring shared email inboxes and drafting responses

Answering phones and responding to inquiries

Processing mail, scanning, faxing, copying, and filing documents

Supporting healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and practitioners

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities

Professional communication skills

Experience with electronic databases preferred
