Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gaffney, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses and ensuring exceptional service.

Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Monitor and oversee administrative processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.

Handle correspondence and communication with clients to address inquiries or provide additional information.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Support management with scheduling, reporting, and general organizational duties.

Identify opportunities to enhance administrative procedures and implement improvements. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing organizational and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with administrative law and office management principles.

Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to oversee and maintain smooth administrative processes.

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Adept at using office software and tools to manage tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
