Major Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership through timeline/scope generation and execution for new product innovation projects.
Oversees and motivates project team members to deliver project objectives by assessing resource needs, removing barriers to success, and providing constructive feedback when needed.
Communicates direction in ongoing strategic rationale for projects and for the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
Establishes processes to analyze, measure, and track project results, reports on progress, and optimizes program processes.
Facilitates risk assessments, drives informed decision-making, and ensures the resolution of critical issues.
Manages aspects of team operations (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance) and ensures achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.

The Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager develops a strong understanding of the business segment and Supply Chain as well as financial metrics/levers, marketing, insights, quality and business processes.
They need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership, team skills, and communication skills and work within multiple levels of the Franchise and Consumer Med Tech.
The accountabilities for the position includes leading and facilitating interdisciplinary teams responsible for Supply Chain activities/projects necessary to enable the Launch Management projects to support the Portfolio. This role serves as the official linkage into the Consumer Med Tech Supply Chain organization; therefore, this person must be adept at managing in a matrix environment.
The Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager is accountable to develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the Supply Chain is informed, engaged and prepared to deliver the Value Stream strategies and/or Launch Management strategies. The role will need to drive cross-functional teams to alignment and delivery of project objectives. In addition, they will be ensuring their Value Stream Team and/or Launch Management team is informed and understands the health of the Supply Chain for the business segment(s).
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required
At least 10 years experience leading multi- functional teams to deliver capital projects to plan within a manufacturing environment.
8+ years of business experience preferably in a health care industry with at least 4+ years of cumulative experience in one or more of the following functions (Manufacturing, engineering, new product management, planning, other supply chain disciplines, R&D).
3+ years of People Leadership experience required.
5+ years of Project management experience required. Project Management certification preferred (ex. FPX)
5+ yrs of experience in successfully leading multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment required.
Demonstrated familiarity with FDA regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Demonstrated Leadership skills with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to partner, build consensus, to lead teams through influence rather than authority, and build collaborative relationships.
Demonstrated superior matrix management, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
For Bay Area:
$142,000.00 - $244,950.00
