Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Onsite HR Admin Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a 1st Shift Onsite HR Admin Sourcing Specialist- you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title 1st Shift Onsite HR Admin Sourcing Specialist

Location: Layton, UT

Pay Range: 18-$22

Shift: Day Shift (Flexible start between 7-10 AM) Estimated 30 hours per week

What's the Job?

Support recruitment efforts through phone screening and data entry

Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and reports

Assist with onboarding and candidate communication

Coordinate interview schedules and logistics onsite

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

Ability to work onsite in Layton, UT

Previous administrative or recruiting experience is preferred
