What's in it for you?

Pay: 1st shift: $17.69/h. 2nd shift: $19.19/h

Shift Schedules:

1st Shift: 5:00am - 3:00pm (1:00pm for an 8-hour shift).

2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am (11:00pm for an 8-hour shift).

What does the role involve?

Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment to produce quality products while meeting safety, productivity, and delivery goals.

Perform quality inspections, identify non-conforming materials, and contribute to process improvements.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.

Collaborate with team members, skilled trades, and support staff.

What are we looking for?

At least 1 year of manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience . REQUIRED.

Candidates with a high school diploma or GED .

Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to communicate effectively and uphold safety and quality standards.
