Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead content strategies and enhance brand storytelling in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs, and oversee social media and influencer initiatives. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.

Manage social media platforms and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Act as the creative lead, reviewing and refining marketing materials to maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and apply insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Oversee the creation of digital and visual content, including video, motion graphics, and written materials.

Identify opportunities to enhance brand storytelling and elevate creative standards across all channels.

Coordinate with performance teams to track results and implement actionable improvements.

Foster relationships with external partners and influencers to strengthen brand presence.

Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, creative strategy, or brand storytelling roles.

Proven background in the retail or product industry; agency experience is preferred but strong in-house experience is also considered.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various digital formats.

Ability to lead creative teams and facilitate effective ideation sessions.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail environments.

Proficiency in managing creative development across copy, visual design, video, and motion graphics.

Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.

Experience with influencer campaigns and creative testing for optimization is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
