Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Housing Office within Commander, Navy Region Southeast of NAVSTA MAYPORT. Responsibilities You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents and leadership. You will process request for permanent and temporary quarters. You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters to evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment and facilities. You will monitor maintenance, property management and service contracts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Plans, organizes and performs work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Navy Community Service Program, local command directives, and Navy Housing Office policies and procedures. 2. Evaluates management, maintenance, and operating costs; reviews statistical data; develops information that includes current and past expenditures; and reviews and provides comments to the PPV PM annual housing operating budget. 3.
