Quality Technician - Smart Glass Manufacturing

Our client in Tomah, WI is seeking a Quality Technicians to join their team assisting with next generation Smart Glass technology. This position involves hands-on inspections, precision testing, data analysis, and collaboration with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Job Title: Quality Technician - Smart Glass Manufacturing

Location: Tomah, WI

Pay Range: $24.50 with opportunity to advance

Schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, with opportunity for overtime

What's the Job?

Perform product inspections at dedicated stations as units come off the production line

Conduct destructive laminated glass testing per established standards

Use precision tools (gauges, micrometers, LCR meters) for accurate measurements documenting inspection results and test data

Analyze quality metrics and assist in root cause investigations

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Electronics, glass, or precision manufacturing background

Proficiency with inspection tools (tape measure, calipers, LCR meter)

Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and shop floor systems

Collaborate effectively with team members in English, Written and verbally with strong attention to detail.
