As a Security Officer - Patrol Manufacturing Site in Fairfield, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and property.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions encountered during patrols and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises as required by site policies.

Support Allied Universal and client staff by maintaining a visible presence and offering assistance as needed during routine operations and/or emergency situations.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
