As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Mount Vernon, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal.

Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or other assigned duties.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
