Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Facility Technician II to support site facility operations for a client in Queen Creek, AZ. This role is essential in ensuring the factory operates safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial facility systems, including HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, and production equipment. The technician monitors equipment performance, ensures cleanroom standards are met, and keeps the worksite safe and organized. They use the Building Automation System (BAS) to optimize operations and recommend improvements. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and mentoring other technicians. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, ordering parts, and ensuring all systems run efficiently and safely. The current shift for this role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This role can pay between $28/hr - $35.5/hr based on relevant YOE and education.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required

7+ years of experience of maintenance experience in Industrial Facilities

Experience supporting mechanical equipment including but not limited to: HVAC system, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, air compressors, exhaust fans, collectors.

Strong working knowledge of Electrical Safety standards (NFPA 70E) while supporting electrical equipment up to 480V

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), including the ability to modify and optimize system setpoints to maintain efficient and stable facility operations

Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite Vocational Certification

Associates Degree

Cleanroom Experience
