Job Title: Overhead Crane Service Technician

Pay: Based On Experience ($30-$40)

Job Description

This position involves field servicing and repairing cranes, requiring the technician to sometimes work at heights of up to 100 feet using a scissor lift or by climbing. The role demands a self-starter who is comfortable working independently on site as the sole company representative.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors, PLCs, and circuits/power systems.

Repair hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Complete inspection checklists in accordance with standards.

Act as the face of the company while on site, maintaining professionalism and a positive image.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Experience with preventive maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Skill in repairing high voltage systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must pass an MVR check for company vehicle usage.

Work Environment

The role involves being on the road 40% of the time, with ample notice provided for travel. Technicians will be accommodated in hotels during travel periods, ensuring comfort while away from home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
