Our client, a leading organization in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a BioTech Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a BioTech Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: BioTech Warehouse Specialist

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

Process the receipt of all inbound freight by packing slip and purchase order, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Prepare parcels for shipping, including labeling and staging, to ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments.

Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move materials safely within the warehouse.

Maintain organized raw material, MRO, and Finished Goods racks, keeping the workspace clean and hazard-free.

Assist with cycle counting, physical inventory, and record keeping to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; AA preferred.

3-5 years of warehouse experience in healthcare, pharma, or related industries required.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.

Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and operate forklift and material handling equipment.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
