Executive Assistant

Job Description

A federal client is seeking an Executive Assistant to split time and support with two Executives. The Executive Assistant will support the Executives with calendar and email coordination, expense reporting, travel reconciliation and bookings, taking and filing meeting notes, partnering with external stakeholders as needed, and perform project management tasks as needed. Candidates will need to be flexible to assist with adhoc tasks and projects outside of working hours as needed. The Executive Assistant is expected to work Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm onsite at the client's home office.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Skills and Requirements

Associates degree

Strong calendar management, travel booking, email management, and writing skills.

Computer savvy and experience with various working tools (Outlook, MS Office suite, SageNTact, Concur)

5+ years of experience providing Executive administrative support. Non-profit experience

Bachelors degree

Experience supporting multiple executives
