Job Description

We are seeking a fun and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of highly motivated individuals. Our clinics provide a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment, in which you can grow, learn, and earn competitive compensation - $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience!

Unlimited access to continuing professional education for ALL of our clinical team members, including 17+ courses taught in-house per year.

PTAs thrive through one-on-one mentorship with seasoned professionals who support their growth and development!

Qualifications

Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Exercise, manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience

Current state of Virginia license or PTA license eligible

Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic

A passion for physical therapy and patient care

Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly - you need to have FUN while you work!

The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all your work goals
