The Finance Coordinator supports the Director of Finance and the Finance Department by performing a variety of accounting, administrative, purchasing, and coordination functions. This role ensures accurate financial processes, organized documentation, and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Finance & Administrative Support

Assist with daily accounting and administrative duties to support smooth department operations.

Prepare, edit, and format financial correspondence, reports, and documentation.

Manage data entry, spreadsheets, and reports for financial tracking and analysis.

Maintain organized financial files and systems to support audits and month-end close.

Support Purchasing through receiving and organizing incoming orders and running requisitions to departments throughout the Hotel.

Department & Cross-Functional Coordination

Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance, including scheduling and departmental communications.

Coordinate the flow of financial information between Finance and other departments.

Support departmental and operational projects as assigned.

Demonstrate strong customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with computer applications; strong Excel skills required.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and follow through with minimal supervision.
