The role is responsible for the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution of products and solutions across the Global Services portfolio, including artificial intelligence, predictive services capabilities and special projects. This role leads the development and deployment of marketing assets and toolkits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and activation across digital and regional channels.
The Service Marketing Manager will drive content creation and lifecycle management, including digital campaigns, websites, search, social media, brochures, data sheets, webinars, podcasts, white papers, sales enablement tools, and thought leadership materials.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with product management, engineering and cross-functional teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and tactical marketing plans.
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and portfolio updates.
Driving the use of customer, market and competitive research to understanding customer's clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought to identify market opportunities for owned portfolio.
Generating and analyzing competitive intelligence to provide insights for the business to guide the roadmap and strategy.
Working with sales, product management, marketing and business leadership to understand market goals and priorities and translating them into focused marketing objectives.
Partnering with product management to deliver clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions that position the strength of our solutions and connect with the market.
Identifying strategic industry conferences and events, developing plans to support our engagement, and managing an ongoing communications plan to achieve goals and objectives, including ROI.
Content Development & Asset Management
Creating go-to-market strategies, market messages with clearly defined differentiators, and content plans for owned portfolio to drive demand.
Designing and implementing robust product launches and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Creating diverse marketing collateral like case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, evidence/outcomes briefs, FAQs, blog posts, ROI tools, new media, and other sales tools etc.
Global, Regional Enablement & Feedback
Collaborate with global marketing counterparts to ensure voice of region is included in the product development process and creation of global go-to-market strategies.
Engage with regional teams to capture voice of customer, ensure marketing materials meet local needs and drive adoption.
Monitor usage and performance analytics to optimize content effectiveness.
Agency & Vendor Management
Agency management for creative development, production, and event support.
Coordinate video and photoshoots, tradeshow materials, and marcom tools.
Brand & Compliance Stewardship
Ensure brand consistency and manage approvals across Regulatory, Legal, and Digital teams.
Serve as the point of contact for compliance and governance of marketing deliverables.
Platform & System Integration
Represent product marketing in the evolution of centralized marketing platforms.
Ensure seamless integration of offerings across the modalities and segment functions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work alongside cross-functional technical service product management, marketing and growth functions.
Partner with analytics, market intelligence, and regional marketing teams to align efforts and share insights.
Partner with internal communications for building colleague awareness and support for programs across segment functions.
Key Capabilities
Proven success in marketing technology products and/or services; candidates with experience marketing to healthcare providers or relevant healthcare experience preferred.
Proven experience in building innovative, proactive, high impact marketing campaigns using all relevant channels and media; and aligning marketing strategy with business goals.
Experience analyzing market/industry data including competitive intelligence to support product management's creation of new offering introductions.
Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding.
Peripheral vision to nurture creative ideas and innovation.
Experience with the PRD and NCA product development processes.
Proven ability to lead integrated marketing programs across diverse functions.
Expertise in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, email, and personalization.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools for segmentation and targeting.
Strong analytical skills for customer insights and KPI development.
Ability to enforce brand guidelines and maintain visual and messaging consistency.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, communications, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including Adobe Experience and Adobe Analytics.
B2B healthcare marketing experience required.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Skilled in measuring marketing effectiveness and optimizing performance.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
Independent decision-making with strong business acumen.
Cross-functional collaboration and synergy identification.
Experience managing agencies and working in global environments.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
