Job Description Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is a highly creative and talented team player who supports Marketing. Works collaboratively to execute initiatives and promote Naven Health's brand and values to customer segments in line with the company's business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will work with other members of the Marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders and external agency partners to build and/or update the company's presence (i.e., website and digital campaigns) and catalog of collateral materials.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

Develops strategic marketing briefs to ensure the attainment of business objectives, marketing objectives and sales goals.

Responsible for executing effective marketing events and programs, in line with marketing campaigns, developing and delivering lead generation programs.

Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop media, secure approval, communicate status and achieve production deadlines (e.g. mass advertising, promotional programs, websites, direct marketing and event strategies).

Develops and maintains marketing project schedules and status reports; obtains cost estimates; and tracks actual expenses.

Provides the creative staff and agencies with clear project direction on target audience, customer insights, marketing objectives and value proposition.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media or related field; or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or marketing support role

Basic Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneous

Experience using Microsoft Office for internal and external communications

Physical Demand Requirements

Travel Requirements: (if required)

Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Experience in website design or development, or related area

Experience in Pardot/salesforce.com content creation and software management

Experience in coordinating projects with creative agencies.

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $51,988.71-$86,647.84
