Overview

The Campaign Operations team in Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to implement and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns in best-in-class automation tools (Adobe Marketo and AJO, Oracle Eloqua). You'll be part of the Marketing Operations team, a fast-paced, highly technical, and innovative team pushing the boundaries of cross-channel marketing. Our ideal candidate has deep marketing automation executional skills with the ability to learn fast and execute with excellence and sweat the details.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will serve as a partner for the Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team owning the implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns through strong technical use of marketing automation platforms.

You'll be responsible for understanding business and technical goals and support requests coming from the Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team. You will translate business requirements into technical implementation details and drive desired outcomes through efficient campaign implementation. You will complete requests with high accuracy and meet deadlines.

You will help manage contractors, assist in onboarding new employees, and oversee Tier 1-2 projects with a constant focus on customer experience.

You will adhere to and champion data governance guidelines and campaign best practices.

You will be responsible for providing post-launch support, including monitoring campaign performance and delivering final documentation.

You will evaluate, implement and maintain new technologies including add-on apps to improve campaign optimization. Be open to learning new marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

A high level of technical and analytical competence with 5+ years' experience in building complex customer lifecycle automations in marketing platforms. Eloqua, Marketo, or AJO experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and people skills. People management experience is a plus.

Examples of leading significant projects where you have demonstrated impressive results in campaign orchestration, campaign optimization, personalization, better targeting, data standardization, and/or process standardization.

Natural problem-solving skills, with a high level of intellectual curiosity and focus. Deep understanding of how campaign components interconnect with each other; ability to find the root cause of a problem and troubleshoot quickly.

Ability to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with high level of accuracy.

Ability to articulate and educate team members on campaign best practices and advanced "know-how's" in marketing automation.

Experience in process optimization. Deep understanding of campaign engagement data to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of current implementation workflows and processes.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Northern California: $126,000 - $170,000

Southern California: $120,000 - $162,000

Washington Remote: $109,500-$148,000
