Assistant Branch Manager

Position Description:

*The Operations Assistant provides extraordinary service and assistance to our customers, fellow co-workers, and other businesses associated with First National Bank Colorado, as well as provides backup to the Operations Manager. This Officer position requires a high level of accuracy to comply with regulatory requirements and minimize risk.

General Duties:
*

Teller duties; will also assist with ordering currency, preparing cash shipments and balancing daily.

Open new accounts, assist customers with account changes and maintenance.

Inform/assist customers with debit cards, online banking, lost/stolen bank cards and additional products.

Respond to client questions or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner; research issues and escalate if necessary

Notary duties as necessary.

Scanning of signature cards, customer identification documents, other filing as necessary.

day Saturday work rotation required.

Serve as backup support for Operations Manager as well as other locations within the area. Including transaction approvals as needed.

Obtain a clear understanding of technical aspects and features and benefits of the Bank's products and services to effectively cross-sell additional products.

Communicate effectively with Manager, especially if issues or concerns arise with ability to meet deadlines or provide appropriate coverage.

Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work.

Maintain confidentiality; adhere to First National Bank Colorado policies and procedures; comply with laws and regulations.

Other duties and projects as assigned.
