Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills and flexibility to meet varying schedules. You will play a key role in supporting daily administrative tasks while ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and maintaining organized records.

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Provide receptionist services, such as greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to ensure information is up-to-date.

Support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and coordination of meetings.

Adapt to schedule changes and assist during peak business days, including Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Collaborate with team members to address urgent tasks and maintain workflow.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.

Assist with special projects or additional assignments as required. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles, including receptionist or office assistant tasks.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management tools.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Detail-oriented approach and ability to work well with a team.

Flexibility to work peak days and adjust hours as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus. TalentMatch®
