About this Role - Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible to provide a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations. What You'll Do -Manage daily administrative and office supports operations of the office including establishing work priorities and workflow -Support the development and implementation of reporting procedures; oversees maintenance of office records and inventories of office supplies -Code monthly expenses to appropriate business unit, cost code, etc. -Set up new jobs in JDE and distribute accordingly -Ensure the execution of company policies and procedures -Assist with the coordination of field and operational activities in association with Project Managers -Execute the invoice process (invoice creation, system entry, document maintenance, etc.) What You'll Bring -A basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices -Extensive knowledge of general office procedures and practices -Demonstrated multi-tasking and data entry skills, and prioritizing -Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines -Proven communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills -Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office -High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred)
