Administrative Assistant - The Bowers Group (Beltsville, MD)

About the Role

The Bowers Group, a Legence company, is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an in-field position based in the DMV area. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to project leadership on active construction projects

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Executive, Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager with administrative tasks including but not limited to:

General administrative tasks

Printing contract documents as needed

Submittal process management

RFI process management

Assisting with payroll submission process

Assisting with the requisition submission process

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Information

This is an in-field position based in the DMV area.

Candidates must be comfortable working in and from mobile construction offices.
