Production Associates - 1st Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level - 1st to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level - 1st, you will be part of the production department supporting operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level - 1st

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: First

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials in a productive manner.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functioning properly.

Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting general maintenance tasks as needed.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
