We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Excellerate team as a Material Handler in the Shipping/Packaging Dept of our Little Chute, WI Excellerate Facility. This position is responsible for picking and processing orders within the warehouse. The ideal candidate would be proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Viewpoint and Access database. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience: 1 or more years of experience Travel: None Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Picks and processes orders. Operates material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks etc.). Places materials at point of use in assembly and warehouse environment. Communicates and coordinates with shop personnel for needed material. Maintains compliance with company policies. Maintains compliance with all OSHA and Company safety requirements. Cleans and maintains work area. Use of hand and power tools. Attends company meetings as required by supervisor. \ Assists in inventory counting and management activities. \ Actively participates in Faith\'s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
