Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.

Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Assist in planning and executing equipment upgrades and installations.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical circuits, and industrial automation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Certifications

Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Certification

OSHA Safety Training

PLC Programming Experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NICHOLASVILLE, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
