Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Data Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Inventory Data Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the supply chain and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Data Specialist

Location: Glendale, WI

Pay Range: $21-$25 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday (Contract Role)

What's the Job?

Manage, analyze, and maintain accurate inventory and operational data within the warehouse.

Generate and interpret reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.

Collaborate with warehouse operations, distribution, and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Support the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.

What's Needed?

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
