Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description

We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated architectural designers to join a dynamic team in the mission-critical sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on life sciences and mission-critical projects, providing an environment conducive to professional growth and learning.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of technical documents and drawings.

Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.

Engage in design and planning studies.

Collaborate with project teams to solve technical issues.

Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to discussions.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.

Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Essential Skills

3+ years of relevant experience in an architectural practice.

Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.

Strong design and visualization skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Licensed Architect.

Experience or interest in mission-critical projects.

Experience with construction documents and administration.

Project management skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in a supportive 70-person firm focusing on life sciences and mission-critical projects in the Dallas office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The firm offers opportunities for ownership and profit-sharing based on performance, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
