Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in aerospace components, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I , you will be part of the fabrication department supporting production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler I

Location: Fort Madison, IA

Pay Range: Up to $18.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift: 2:55 pm - 11:25 pm; 3rd shift: 11:05 pm - 7:05 am

What's the Job?

Assemble materials into lower molds with emphasis on Blade Packing

Interpret drawings, sketches, and work instructions to gather materials and tools

Operate and maintain equipment used for assembly and inspection

Perform visual inspections and verify dimensions of materials

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Ability to use hand and power tools, lifting equipment, and measuring devices

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment

Willingness to obtain PIME license and LOTO certification if not already acquired
