This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. Position Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring operational, customer, and organizational readiness for product and software development and launches. As the Manager of the Product & Tech Operations Program Managers, you serve as a program manager and talent development manager - enabling team members to achieve their highest level of performance and fulfill career goals. You help a team of program managers be successful and lead programs when needed.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead technical projects and activities in support of specific business strategies and objectives with a focus on value delivery.
Work on medium to large complexity programs with medium to high strategic value that deliver moderate to high change to the business.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities and dependencies to manage and implement a program from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management.
Work fully autonomously and be able to act self-sufficiently to oversee and adapt project objectives and delivery to meet the business need.
Manage Program Managers. - Define, Create, Implement and ensure adherence to PMO best practices.
Report on PMO portfolio of programs
Assist program managers with managing program schedules, risk, dependencies and executive level communications.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on program-related activities.
Ensure appropriate and effective governance arrangements and comprehensive reporting and communication policies are in place and followed.
Monitor and review program scope, costs, schedule and expected benefits.
Identify program resources, inter-dependencies and manage program risk.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.S. in Technology, Engineering, or related fields)
5+ years of experience leading technical projects/programs, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Proven high proficiency in governance and risk management, stakeholder management, planning and dependency management, and program/project management.
Demonstrated delivery leadership experience with multiple large, complex software programs
Expertise on tools like JIRA, Product Board, A-ha! or similar planning tools
Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across various business units (e.g., Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support).
Strong ability to identify and manage risks, remove obstacles, and ensure the timely delivery of complex product launches.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and aligning stakeholders across various functions.
Ability to foster a bias for action and results within your team, while maintaining high standards for execution and delivery.
Experience with enablement tools, product launch frameworks, and agile methodologies is a plus.
Physical requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and @type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is $127k - $190k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
