FTE: 0.9 FTE Full-Time, Shift: Nights 6:30pm-7:00am, Schedule: TBD. Self scheduling model utilized. Some weekends required. This position is for Deaconess Hospital Float Pool. Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits: Pay starting at $20.56 per hour depending on licensed experience 5K Sign on Bonus with a 24-month commitment to MultiCare (must have 1+ year licensed CNA experience to qualify) Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities You'll be eligible for weekend and shift differentials Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an excellent opportunity for those focused on providing high-quality care with an eye towards the comfort and well-being of both patient and family. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.56 - $30.76 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
