What Youll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, guiding homeowners and property managers through the process of assessing, repairing, or replacing their roofs.

Generate and Manage Leads: Actively generate new business through

canvassing, referrals, and company-provided leads.

Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough roof inspections to identify

damage and document findings (training provided).

Consult and Educate: Meet with clients to discuss their roofing

needs, present tailored solutions, and explain product options and the insurance claims process.

Close Sales: Create accurate estimates, negotiate prices and terms,

and manage the sales cycle from the initial contact to closing the deal.

Maintain Records: Utilize our CRM system (e.g., Roof) to track

leads, manage your pipeline, and report on sales performance.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Proven experience in sales (roofing, construction, or home

improvement industry preferred, but not required).

Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections safely.

Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills.

Self-motivated personality with the ability to work outdoors in

various weather conditions.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required.
