Facility Customer Service Coordinator

The Facility Customer Service Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs. Location: 10695 Winnetka Avenue, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift Compensation: $20.59 - $26.71 Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors. Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Build positive relationships with customers Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Assist with moving and loading product Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales Preferred Qualifications: Have an associate's degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing Have at least one (1) year of experience working as a Facility Coordinator Have at least three (3) years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.) Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment #SHWSales Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
