Hiring Building Engineers Near You

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team, specializing in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. The role involves a range of tasks including steam orders, repairs, troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.

Pay: $34-$35/hour

Responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair steam equipment and hot water generators.

Utilize work order systems for effective task management.

Demonstrate mechanical aptitude through maintenance repair and troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

Experience with HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

EPA certification is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with sprinkler equipment and centrifugal repair.

Proficiency in pneumatic equipment repair.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.10 - $34.10/hr.
