You'll promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups - once the lead is booked our expert sales advisors handle the rest. Qualifications What You Need: Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers Retail, lead generator, or sales experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand and walk during shift Weekend and some holiday availability Reliable transportation Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check Report directly to retail store Attend weekly in-office meetings Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
