As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Driver in Columbia, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with visitors and employees, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Support access control procedures by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies.

Provide visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
