Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, performs clerical and administrative support duties such as answering phones typing, preparing correspondence, filing, and acting as a receptionist. Assists County Counselor and Assistant Counselors with various legal document preparation. Responsible for the department budget.

Status: Full-time, benefited, non-exempt

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and two to four years clerical/office management experience; demonstrated history of consistent attendance; familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree, Notary Public, and prior legal support experience.

Starting Hourly Salary Range: $16.75 - $20.94 per hour
