Job Summary:

Efficiently manages the helpdesk tickets and support requests. Provides end-user support and training to ensure the correct use of applications and tools. This position also administers and supports third-party applications, resolving issues and providing technical guidance to users to ensure timely resolution.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain equipment and software inventory throughout Bank

Configure and maintain Microsoft Office, Exchange, directory services, SharePoint, HTML, and other applications

Collaborate with internal teams and end-users to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions

Remotely manage remote Endpoints and assist users with technical issues

Deploy, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks, systems

Set up, install, maintain, and update computer hardware and software systems timely

Implement and enforce network and system security protocols to safeguard data and resources

Proactively monitor and address system performance, including availability, connectivity, utilization, throughput, and latency

Test systems for vulnerabilities and weaknesses, recommending and implementing security enhancements

Collaborate with the IT team to develop and refine IT policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices

Specify system requirements and design innovative solutions to optimize system performance and user experience

Research and make recommendations on system administration, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

SQL Administration and Maintenance, Backup and maintain SQL databases on multiple systems, provide administration and maintenance to DB2 databases

Perform "Nightly Update" to CORE banking system. (Fiserv experience preferred)

Install and maintain all banking software applications on client workstations

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in computer science or computer engineering is required or the equivalent hands-on IT work experience, Bachelor's Degree in related field a plus.

Experience with a variety of the above listed platforms, systems, concepts, practices, and procedures

Must be flexible in working hours with reliable attendance

Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills required

This is a Full-Time Position
