Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in managing facility operations and overseeing key projects that support office and local leadership. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ensure all site physical property security protocols are in place and clearly communicated to local employees.

Act as the main point of contact between the local office and the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team.

Perform receptionist duties and manage office badge requests.

Process catering orders as needed.

Escort vendors to onsite meetings and appointments.

Process customer access badge requests.

Support company events and meetings.

Provide administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in administrative support tasks.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience with front desk and receptionist duties.

Competency in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or college degree required.

2+ years of professional experience, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality industries.

Customer service oriented with experience in visitor badging.

Work Environment

This position is based in Albany, NY, and operates Monday through Friday, onsite during the 1st shift. The role requires a business professional dress code. The company offers a 9-month contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time. Benefits include accrued sick time (up to 56 hours), accrued vacation time (up to 40 hours), and paid holidays (6). This is a Contract position based out of Wilton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
