What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and identify any unusual activity.

Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal personnel to address security-related needs specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Assist in enforcing site rules and regulations to help to deter disruptions and maintain order within the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
