Part Time Admin Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and in office, providing flexibility while supporting daily operations.

Pay: $15 per hour

Schedule: Part-time hours with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings.

Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.

Respond to emails and communications in a timely manner.

Maintain organized records and assist with inventory management.

Support team members with various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
