As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to support security-related efforts, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry only to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at access points.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report all access control activities, incidents, and observations according to site requirements.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe any irregularities.

Minimum Requirements:

A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
