As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Plant Patrol in New Bern, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication, reflecting Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and putting people first in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business premises and the perimeter.

Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.

Assist with access control by verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the premises as required by site policies.

Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on observations, incidents, and patrol activities during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
