Position Summary - Retail Sales Specialist

This isn't your typical retail job. As an Retail Sales Specialist, you'll be a trusted expert who helps customers find the right solutions, recommend top products, and coordinate repair services-all while building valuable career skills. You'll work with an engaged, high-energy team that values personal development and rewards performance.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00+ per hour (hourly base + incentives)

First 3 Months Guaranteed Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour minimum while you learn the business-if you exceed this in performance-based earnings, you'll earn even more!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services.

Drive sales performance, create quotes, and help achieve store daily and monthly goals.

Coordinate repair services, ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Manage inventory and maintain an organized, appealing store environment.

Grow your skills through ongoing training and career development opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team

A passion for sales, technology, and helping people.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Basic math and tech skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

A valid driver's license.

Available to work a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends which include a shift differential!

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But a Plus!)

Previous retail or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience.

Experience in automotive or electronics sales/service.

Supervisory experience or leadership potential.

Experience in fast paced environments such as retail, customer sales and support, serving in restaurant industry, etc.
