Records & Information Clerk

$25/hour | Full-Time Temporary (12 months)

Onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

System One is hiring a detail-oriented Records & Information Clerk for a client in the Tulsa area. This person will assist with records research, data accuracy, and internal information requests in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

Research and update records using digital systems

Assist staff with records-related requests

Perform data corrections and documentation

Use digital mapping and online research tools

Support inbound records requests

Lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical tasks

Qualifications

1-3 years of administrative, records, or research experience

Intermediate Excel skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work independently and in a team
